Trip Details Not Showing

Tabs on the Trip page load data the first time you click on them and after that you must manually refresh by pulling down or exiting the trip and coming back.

If the trip details are not loading on the Trips page, try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the Page: When you first click on a tab on the Trip page, the data should load automatically. If it doesn't, try refreshing the page. You can do this by pulling down on the screen to refresh.
  2. Exit and Re-enter the Trip: If refreshing doesn't work, try exiting the trip and then re-entering it. This can sometimes help reload the necessary data.
  3. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your device is connected to the internet, as a poor connection may prevent data from loading properly.
